BUT. I called to get a quote for spraying around the house and in the screen lanni. The girl gave me an updated price adding 10.00 for the lanni. She called and said the man would come at noon. I had 2 other men working for me that day , one for sprinklers and one for the pool and I was with them in and around the lanni all the time never seeing Cody pest control.the next day I called to ask if he ever came a girl said yes but he could not get in the lanni because the doors were locked. I told her the doors are always open. In the meantime I thought maybe he went to the wrong address and I called back and got another girl . She told me he came . I said what time ? She could not tell me. I again told her my doors are never locked and she kept telling me they were. I said when is he coming back ? She told me " he"s not coming back for 5.00 dollars. I said it was supposed to be 10.00. She could not answer. I asked to speak with Steve but she would not let me.
I received a bill with the time the man came it read 12:00 and could not get in. I was right there. What is going on? These workers are ruining his business and I"m not paying !!
