DO NOT USE! This company simply does not stand behind the services provide. Furthermore the management continues to make empty promises and missed appointments. I would highly recommend utilizing another company. changed to Pet Bear from a company I had utilized for 6- years with no issues. I switched based on the promises and knowledge they promised to have at the time. I have had nothing but in going issues and problems that are never resolved. The only time any response is provided is when a poor review is written. Simply awful customer service and management.
