Michael (in the office) and Mike (came out to our home) were both extremely professional and thorough when explaining their services. Mike did a full inspection of our recently purchased home and made smart and cost effective suggestions. I highly recommend their services if you are completely unsure of what to do with pest control! They really made me feel like I know why and what they were doing and their termite guarantee is awesome (compared to other local businesses). Will be using EPM from now on!
