Outside service on 5/30/17 was fine as far as I can tell. Unhappy that the inside service was scheduled on the afternoon of 5/25/17 and technician did not show up as scheduled. My wife took vacation time from work to be home for this service that did not happen. She even called to verify that the technician would arrive and was told he would. There was no apology and no discussion as to reschedule. We were unaware that a technician was scheduled for 5/30/17, and only found out by seeing Jeremy's business card stuck on our door.
