Although they couldn't give me a specific time I was told they would let me know what day the installation person would show up. the instilation person showed up at my door in the early morning without making an appointment as to what day they would be there. I was never told by Brandon, my contact for the pool service, that I would be charged $1,000 for the "salt cell" so I stopped installation the same day. I was charged $200 for stopping the installation and having them pick up the equipment the same day. overall it was a horrible experience with deceptive practices. I will be leaving additional reviews on Yelp and every other side I can find.
