Your employee, who's name (Joe?) escapes me at the moment, was efficient and very helpful. He carefully went thru the yard then the house. I'm surprised that no one called me to set the appointment and it's fortunate that I was at home and he didn't make the trip for nothing. This is the office's issue, not the technician's.
