Up until the last couple of services we have been very happy. The last couple of services the technician has been late by almost 90 minutes each time without calling to give us a heads up. We have had to call the office to see what was going on. Also, there was a termite service which we were not advised of so we told the gate house not to let the technician in as we were out of town. Later we found out that we did not have to be home for that call.
