The technician we have recently had (he was here on 9.26.2023 & I cannot remember what he said his name was) has been absolutely fantastic. He genuinely cares about his work & always puts in 110%. We have received praise from residents, and they appreciate him being so thorough. He never fails to follow up with us on answering questions we may have and always does what he says he will do. Definitely the best service & technician we have experienced since we haven't had Miguel the old tech!
