I was not happy with my recent visit from Hom Paramount. My person was 1 hour late. He was suppose to be here between 8 and 10, so I called at exactly 10 to find out if he was coming, someone told me he was on the way in a few minutes. Arrived an hour later. Had planned my day around this visit. I felt like Home Paramount should have paid for the visit since they were late and I was the one waiting.
