The Technician was great and we did not need a rodent eradication.
The office person Miranda? was quite curt and somewhat rude. We have used Bill's Home service for years and find the behavior unacceptable.
I had to give her my credit card number over the phone before I could get service. Could I please have a copy of what I was charged?
