We have 2 small dogs. When someone knocks at the door they go barking crazy. When your technician knocked, I was expecting someone else and they were distracted so I was hoping I could beat them to the door, which was a mistake on my part, so of coarse they got out. After much yelling and grabbing on my part for them to come back in, your guy said in his manly voice (which they listen to) for them to go back inside. Worked beautifully. That's about all I can tell you other than he was very professional and was here long enough do what he was supposed to do.
