Seems to be doing the trick. We are generally able to schedule appointments at convenient times. I do wish that we'd consistently get calls to schedule the appointments, rather than auto-scheduling. Once, that resulted in having to bring a tech back out because we were not home when he came. I thought that issue had been addressed, but when I called last week to see if a tech could come for an extra spray due to visible ants, I was told that an appointment was once again already scheduled. We didn't do that. So this is a bit bothersome.
