Your technician Scott arrived promptly after letting me know via phone call that he was on his way
He immediately verified the location of my bait stations and started the inspection
He explained the process and noted that there had been some activity on one station and that there would be a follow up inspection on it in 90 days
I then left the premises
Upon my return my property was left in normal condition and an electronic report of the inspection was sent to me
I hope that Scott will be there for future inspections.
