My husband and I were very pleased. Scott was honest in telling us we did not have termites, instead of trying to sell us something we did not need. He took the time to show us what evidence to look for in the future of termite activity. He was also upfront in telling us that his expertise was in the type of termites that are native to our area vs other termites that I may have brought with me when I moved from the Midwest to Pittsburgh.
