Received a call that the technician would be treating my lawn the next day. The technician never showed up! Showed up the day after the scheduled day at 5:30 PM. It was almost dark, and I don't know how the technician could even see what he was doing. He finally left but failed to leave the usual caution sign on the lawn. Not a great experience with your company, which, up until now had been very positive. I do like the technician and don't want to get him in trouble.
