It's hard for me to review your services. I'm torn between very satisfied and VERY unsatisfied. John Hoggard's interactions were very good and I have absolutely no problems with him BUT on the other hand the tech who came out to do our service, his actions, on the other hand, I am not satisfied with at all. He showed up approximately 5 hours early (725am) for a 1pm appt and didn't believe me when I told him there was some kind of problem with scheduling. When he performed the services at 1pm he seemed to rush through them and in my opinion did a poor job. We still have ants and fleas in the house and our house dogs are covered with fleas. I've waited to review your services hoping things would improve but they haven't. I'm unsure whether schedule a "do over" or not.
