Our service person Daniel was great arrived on time, introduced himself, listen to our concerns and went to work to solve them . We would like to make sure we have him as I service person every time. Now to date we have not received a copy of our agreement with your company. The person said it would be emailed to us on the Monday he was here and we signed up ..but to date we haven’t seen it. We have checked our spam and emails daily looking for it but nothing. We would greatly appreciate this being sent to us ASAP or we will find another company to work with who is more attractive to paper work for its clients.
