We were told that the job would be complete last Monday. Still need to decontaminate area where raccoons were under the house and seal the perimeter. I have made several phone calls and sent texts to Brian, who I was told was the coordinator, without any response. I am about to contact my credit card company to try and stop payment because I can't get anyone to return a phone call.
