I am totally appalled with the way my account was handled by the Loganville GA office after I was charged an additional $199. I called about the error and was informed that I would basically have to wait approximately 24 hours for manager to review and an additional 7 to 10 business days before my money was refunded. When I asked to speak to a manager so my refund could be expedited because it was the company"s error I was told the manager was unavailable and there was nothing else they could do. I"m sure if I was calling to give them new business and asked for a manager, there would have been one available. I"m very disappointed and will not be doing business with this company after my annual contract expires.
