Overall I have pleased with Terminix service. We have had continued issues with our dehumidifier they installed since it’s installation. It was replaced once and when checked on 6/20/2020 it had an internal temperature sensor failure. We were told a supervisor from terminix would call us. However, as of today, 8/11/2020 we have had no feedback and still have an unusable dehumidifier under our home. Also, had an issue with the bug/mouse bait not being changed over a two-three year period. After I contacted them, they did come out.
