I’m dissatisfied with the service I received. I paid $425 for bird removal/cleaning and the installation of the vent covers. The technician noted he did not find a bird or any bird debris. However after running my dryer and receiving a flow sense error, I opened the exhaust vent hose and found a dead bird and had to remove it myself when I paid for this service.
