As I replied yesterday at length, I am very disappointed that the first HP employee that visited said there were no signs of bedbugs and thus caused almost 2 weeks of delay before one of your bedbug experts found a sizable infestation on 8/12 and recommended spraying. That treatment however was not successful; I got several other bites last night. I hope you can return to treat the remaining bugs successfully so that I can give you a better review.
