All three of your staff members were very professional and explained, when i asked questions concerning the methods employed on exterminating the rodents that infested my home. all the details of how, when, and why. They carefully evaluated when they used the smoke machine and noticed something they had never seen before. It appears that the pipes in my home were also connected to other houses on the block, three of the neighbors homes. This information will be very helpful in my effort eradicate one of the ways the rodents enter my property. They promptly found entry sites and sealed them.
