Jon at Bug-Master is wonderful for many reasons. I called on him for services for the first time and if it were not for him being so thorough and honest during the termite inspection, I would have ended up purchasing a home that would have bankrupt me to fix had the deal gone through. I found another property and needed another termite inspection and despite his busy schedule, Jon made himself available once again within 2 days of receiving my call.
