This place is awful, and they know it. There's a basic rule to business; good businesses attract good employees and bad businesses don't. Century has awful customer service, and their technicians are laughably bad. More on them later, but first I'd like to warn you about their salesperson. He is excellent, and this makes you overly comfortable about the rest of your experience. Our technician came and basically told us he did a bad job and didn't use the strongest treatment that he could have, and when I asked for an emergency reapplication they offered one 6 days in the future. Gee, thanks for caring about me! You might as well have said "no" because you know I couldn't wait that long. Anyway, I asked for a refund and was told "no" just because of no real reason, and when I asked for a partial review "for them to impress me the least bit before I left a bad review" the customer service rep said, "Go ahead and leave a bad review." There's that caring for the customer magic once again! Looking back, I feel like she WANTED the bad review. I suppose she was busy looking for a new job when I called. Oh, and don't bother leaving an after-hours emergency call; the service they use can't hear you, drags you through what seems like a thousand questions, and no one calls you back anyhow.
