Due to frequent turn-over of technicians and management, service has been inconsistent for the better part of last year's (as compared to what it used to be before). I have a list of names and telephone numbers not longer in service or working for Truly Nolen. Lack of communication and follow-up with the customer about changes in staff and management became a problem. On the bright side, Lydia at the branch office has always been more than patient and very professional in trying to help. It also seems there is an effort to improve and the new technician, Raul, has been outstanding in his communications and service. His recent (first) visit needed to be postponed twice after he was already on site, due to heavy Florida raining. He handled the situation very well and kept the customer informed at all times, making sure the job was completed. I appreciate it and hope he continues providing the service. Thank you.
