No! I'm not happy with your services! You were paid over $400 to come remove birds nests from our patio awning and you claimed these new discs were going to wipe out our problem, but the guys who came basically only cleaned out the birds nests making a huge mess that I had to clean up from where he used my broom to sweep it all into my yard and rose bushes and garden areas, and then I literally watched the birds come back the next morning and they were apparently smarter than your discs because in 24 hours they had already began to rebuild their nests in our awning, and the bird problem is worse than it was before you came!
Then, I called to complain and was told that someone would come out today between 2:30-3:30 pm, and when 4:00 came and no one showed up I was then told someone would be here between 6-6:30 pm, with not so much as a phone call to let us in on the time-change.
It is now 6:13pm, and I've not heard from anyone nor has anyone yet shown up to resolve this problem.
I guarantee you will either fix this problem or refund our money in full immediately or I will take A1 to small claims court, and involve the Ohio State Atty Generals office, as well as the BBB!
