Called and scheduled the service and added a flea treatment for our deck. Julie didn't know about the flea treatment and said she was doubled booked and couldn't do the flea treatment. We said forget it, so she then goes to her car for approximately 10 minutes and come back in a tells us she can do the flea treatment now.
Don't know the problem with communication in the company but something is wrong. If I had been told the flea treatment wasn't going to be done in a timely manner then I could have made other arrangements.
Some of your service people are great but Julie isn't one of them.
