ABC does a good job picking up caged animals and is responsible when saying they will come to your home at a given time. However, the staff "is not" trained the same way and will not leave a receipt when leaving your home after picking up an animal even when I've complained to the office staff. Neither will every tech give a call to the home when coming to pick up an animal.
