Long process to get a someone to come out to spray at an already existing customers home. Transferred to Tiffany who kept robotically repeating the same question. Instead of listening to the question I’d asked her. Thinking it was a connection issue and she just wasn’t receiving any sound on her end. I disconnected the line and called back. I then had to be asked my address (again), get transferred again, to Tiffany who again answered the phone “do you need morning or evenings?” I asked her what time do you have available—so that I can determine? Finally, Tiffany gave the clarity I needed and said the times that were available. Not sure what’s going on at Russell’s but this is the 2nd time I’ve called this year for simple processes that take up to 10minutes of time or more to schedule. Always a waste of valuable time dealing with rude and incompetent customer service and schedulers.
