Had a few issues with this last visit:
1) when spraying in the house, the tech sprayed bug spray all over our kitchen countertops and got spray on our freshly cleaned sippy cups. I only noticed it when we picked up a cup to give to my child. If the items were in the way, all he had to do was ask us to move the items.
2) when I called in the service, I explained that some of termite baits in the yard needed to be replaced. When the tech arrived, he stated that someone else took care of those and that he just sprays. We did our part in calling in the request to have the baits serviced. Where is the follow through on your end?
3) An Apple Watch is missing from our home. I’m not accusing the tech because I didn’t see him physically take the watch. We just find it odd because we never have guests in our house and after the service call, we are unable to locate the watch.

Moving forward, we’d like to request a different tech service our home.
