Tech gets 5 stars. We left your pest service (not termite) because of your policy to NOT put baited traps for mice in our basement drop ceiling. Another service did that - took care of the problem. Lucky for y'all, they don't advise anything related to carpenter ants (lucky for us, we don't have them) and that's why we came back to you. Hopefully the mice will stay away, so we don't have a repeat performance of this situation. Suggest you change your policy to put baited mouse traps (as a last resort) in drop ceilings. Thanks.
