Scheduling my annual inspection and advised I would be out of town but gave dates I would be available. While out of town I received an email to review my inspection results which I looked at and it said they did a inspection but customer was not available to sign, I looked at my home security cameras for the time noted that inspection was performed and saw no one from McCall had been around my house. Also said I need to reschedule an internal inspection. I call and told the person at McCalls what had happened and she was going to turn it over to a manager and someone would reach out to me, no one has yet, it’s been over 7 days and no one has contacted me. Internal inspection has still not been scheduled.
