Im extremely dissatisfied with the service Catseye failed to provide, after I paid a lot of money. And I believed what they told me; that they could take care of my squirrel problem. I hired Catseye to take care of the squirrels I had in my attic. I paid a lot of money and I still have the same squirrel problem and have had it since the 2 main obvious EPs were closed. I continued to update Alex, who didn’t the initial inspection and also the “wildlife expert “ I was wonking with. Alex said I had gray squirrels, Max thought I had flying squirrels and said he’d figure it out bc the trapping is different for grays vs flyers. I paid a lot of money to have a job done, that wasn’t done. I have the exact same squirrel problem I’ve had since December when I hired Catseye to take care of the removal of the squirrels in my attic. Even after the 2 major EP’s were closed, I was still hearing the same activity as before I hired Catseye to get rid of my squirrels. I’ve been dealing with this almost 4 months and my house is getting ruined from the squirrels chewing wires and making bigger holes to get into my attic. I kept updating Alex by text and the wildlife expert, telling them that the squirrels didn’t leave. They didn’t believe me. Said it was probably mice lol. I know exactly all the sounds squirrels make unfortunately. They recently sent a foreman, Jeff to fix one of the hinges that broke from them going in & out of the attic so often. As soon as Jeff walked in my house, he could hear all the squirrels. He went on the roof and found a few more EPs that he sealed but unfortunately the squirrels were back the next day. So I payed all this money to have a service provided that was not provided-to get rid of the squirrels in my attic. I’ve tried talking to a manager and someone at the office in addition to Alex and the wildlife expert. I even started recording all the squirrel noises and activity. This company is total rip off I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I can’t afford to pay another wildlife company to come and do the job right. So I’ll have to wait until they chew all my wires and holes in my roof, then see what Catseye says about that. I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of support and someone I can talk to to fix this situation and do the job they were paid to do. They never said anything about..well there’s a 50% chance we won’t be able to fix your squirrel problem. I honestly believed that once I hired them, that they were gonna take care of my squirrel problem. Nothing else was discussed and I was so relieved. Now after having to miss a mortgage payment, to pay Catseye, I have the same exact problem I had when I first called them 3 1/2 months ago. I’m at my wits end. These squirrels are so annoying and I hear them squeaking chattering and chirping and making other weird noises noises that I’ve been listening to for 4 months. God save me from these squirrels?
