For the most part,everything is good. There are some techs I prefer more than others, though. Like Jason, Dominic and two others whose names I cannot recall.I do not particularly like Billy. I also don't like being told one particular tech is coming and someone else from the other company comes. To me, it is far more beneficial to have someone who is familiar with your home, knows where he left off and knows exactly where to go and what to do.
