Worst company in Gloucester County. I paid $398 for two visits. In the first visit, he didn’t do what the sales guy said he would and he didn’t treat in the second visit because he didn’t bring a part he needed. Called multiple times and left messages, and wrote to them, and no return call. Beware, the sales guy seems knowledgeable and nice, but they do not do what they state. If you decide to use them, don’t pay by check like I did, use a credit card so that you can dispute it.

Since Hoffman took over my previous exterminator, Tri County Pest Control, I've had nothing but problems. I've had ants, wasps, termites, cloths moths. Nothing they have done has resolved any of these issues.

My home was treated with bait and snap traps for mice. I was also promised the Hoffman agent would return the following week to seal up possible entry points for the mice as well as remove any dead mice caught.
Well we caught one mouse. The agent seemed unaware of the plan to seal entry points. He had no equipment to do so. I gave him a towel and duct tape I had to cover a hole in my utility shed around some duct work. He said he would look around outside my house but no other work was done. I do still see some fresh signs of mice ( on my counter and in a cabinet). The snap trap are not catching any more mice. |
