You charged us almost $14,000 for moisture control and continue to send us bills that state due now for the same service. I called and was told that I should disregard that these would be deducted from the amount paid but we continue to get invoices that state due now. If you can’t do a better job than this on the accounting end why would I think you can do a good job on pest and moisture control problems. Very sloppy!
