No, since you have sent me some number more than one email asking, I'm not "happy with the service". I got an automated call saying you were coming while I was away. It was a bad time for me and I was not going to be there. I "pressed the number" to let them know I needed to change it. When I did, the line went dead. I waited for a while and then hung up.

So what happened? Someone came at that time while I was away and the yard gate was closed and locked. Since they came they came when I indicated not to, the house was closed and locked so they couldn't so they couldn't inspect it. The back yard (roughly 2/3rds) of my yard was inaccessible to them. They left me a note indicating they had performed the inspection and everything was good.

I pay you guys A LOT of money. The service I got (and it's only the latest time) was pathetic. I can spend WAY less money and get pathetic service. I don't need to spend all the money I pay you!!!!!!!!!
