There was some confusion with the service I received and Bruce Love was quick to contact me via phone, he listened to me rant and then made a suggestion that he and his techs come by and work things out. He set the day and time and he and the techs were very prompt. We spoke for a while, walked the serviced area of my home and agreed on the way forward. Excellent customer service. Will recommend to my neighbors.
