So I had a termite seam on a window sill. The technician was nice and personable, but was unfamiliar with the issue. A google search indicated these were juvenile termites looking to start a new nest. They were probably feom a colony from inside the house. Further research says install sentricon traps in the perimeter of the house to bait and draw out the Formosa colony. I would have liked the technician to have that insight.
