I asked for services to stop at the end of the one year contract.
They went last the date by 2 services.
The first while I was out of the country and the 2nd just now.
The text messages supposedly sent I never got and email didn't rear its ugly head until then 2nd service by which point I had to dig back to find the summer service was done.
Why would someone have to do all this extra work when I asked that services are stopped immediately after the contract expires?
Conveniently they have no record of this conversation.
Make sure to get the cancellation in writing!
