Shady business practices.
I was moving out and told the salesperson I only wanted 2 treatments. He says, oh we can only do a year contract (that should have set of alarm bells) -- but don't worry, you can cancel after two! After you cancel, then they hit you with huge cancellation fees. Absolutely no understanding from the business, or acknowledgement that their salespeople might be misleading. While it is true that you can cancel at any time, there is a fee for cancelling before your 4th service of the year. This should be made very clear to you at the time of sale, and we apologize that we missed the mark here. Our contracts are designed to ensure we can provide consistent, quality service throughout the year on a seasonal basis. It can take time and multiple services to see the results for certain pest issues. That said, we’re always open to feedback and are committed to making improvements where needed. This must be a joke now as I contacted the company about their terrible communication of services.
October 9, 2024 I finally received a reply that all services would be terminated. Just now, January 6, 2025 I am receiving a service reminder coming to me January 8th!!!!! What is the matter with this company?

I hope you read this first and not after you met a shady salesperson knocking on your door! Don't trust just me, check reviews on TrustPilot and other places that don't remove unpleasant reviews.
Don't know what others are happy about.. We agreed for a one time infestation, explicitly saying we don't need a contract for the whole year. The guy at the door promised they won't even keep the credit card. After we noticed they keep charging us, we called to ask why and discovered we are actually on a contract, they do have our credit card and we have to pay $250 to cancel. What a shame such people still exist. Join me and share the word with bbb.org, your friends and neighbours and other review sites. Stop the scam.

I asked for services to stop at the end of the one year contract.
They went last the date by 2 services. The first while I was out of the country and the 2nd just now. The text messages supposedly sent I never got and email didn't rear its ugly head until then 2nd service by which point I had to dig back to find the summer service was done. Why would someone have to do all this extra work when I asked that services are stopped immediately after the contract expires? Conveniently they have no record of this conversation. Make sure to get the cancellation in writing!

If I could rate zero or negative I would.
This is a scam. They sign you up for a annual contract that you did not ask for. Nor was this explained at the initial meeting. We discovered this when reading the paperwork after. Other reviews complain of the same. We requested treatment for ants and wasps. Not mice or rodents... So why would i require an annual contract? The spray they applied did nothing. We called and told them, as they do not do a follow up to see if the application actually worked. They came a second time agreed first application did not work and applied a second application. This also did NOT work. Cancelled the service and they charged a fee for cancelling the contract. A contract where they failed to complete on their end. I did not ask for money back for initial spray. My complaint is on a cancelation fee for services that did NOT work.. Why charge me to cancel a contract i did not ask for not did it work. SCAM!!

I'm sorry that I can't remember the young man's name but I think he is one of the nicest fellows I have ever dealt with. He patiently answers my questions and assures me that my problems will be taken care of. Thank you for your service, I can now work in my garden without having ants crawling on me and the mice are non existent. I also notice that the wasps are almost all gone now.

The service on site is satisfactory. However, the timing of the appointment needs improvement.
I requested to have an early appointment for a reason because I have to run errands. The technician seems to have his own scheduling without regards to the customer request.

The serviceman was very friendly and pilot. He did not rush his visit. He was very thorough explained everything as he was going along. He took the time to walk around the house and property with me to do an inspection and noted the problem areas. He cleaned the soffits. He provided me with some sticky pads for insects that might be coming in through basement windows and through weeping tile. He advised what would be done on the next visit. He provided me with an emailed report almost immediately of what was done with the invoice attached. I was very pleased with his service. He also put booties on to inspect the basement. Great job.

Your service technician was pleasant and informative.
We are pleased to see that there has been no vole activity on our back lawn over winter. This may partially be the result of there being late (and less) snowfall over the winter, but we hope to think it is a result of the treatments provided by Insight Pest Solutions. Clearly, as indicated by the pictures your technician provided, there was very little activity at the bait stations, so I expect this means the problem is being effectively addressed on an ongoing basis. This is the best investment in my home that I have ever made. We have had no obvious evidence of rodent activity in our home in about a year now.
