Nash was incredibly thorough in explaining the work he was performing, and I particularly want to commend him for going above and beyond his typical job duties. I was very disappointed to find red ants on my patio, this morning. I thought that insight did all of my yard, not just the front. if that is the case then I would like a refund, and I will go back to using Raid, it's much cheaper than Insight.

Hello,
Wally and I were not home on July 3, at 3-3:30 PM when Terrance was here to do our 1st seasonal treatment. I checked a spot on our front lawn that had the beginnings of an ant hill, and there were no ants for 2 days. However, time will tell. Sorry but I do not feel that a review would be valid as it is too soon and we were not home to interact with Terrance. |

The initial visit was informative and the technician knowledgeable on pointing out areas of concern and explaining why the yard had issues from mice, etc. if I may - maybe letting customer know they where done ( if customer is home). Waiting for saying the technician was done - looked out ( Houdini) truck was gone. lol.

The techs were good but the accounting office not so much. The salesrep quoted me $200 but when I viewed my contract I was charged $227. He said that because there were several homes in the neighborhood being serviced, they could save on gas and time. I would appreciate that a correction be made. Thank you Rita Hegerat.

Shady business practices.
I was moving out and told the salesperson I only wanted 2 treatments. He says, oh we can only do a year contract (that should have set of alarm bells) -- but don't worry, you can cancel after two! After you cancel, then they hit you with huge cancellation fees. Absolutely no understanding from the business, or acknowledgement that their salespeople might be misleading. This must be a joke now as I contacted the company about their terrible communication of services.
October 9, 2024 I finally received a reply that all services would be terminated. Just now, January 6, 2025 I am receiving a service reminder coming to me January 8th!!!!! What is the matter with this company?
