The individual that arrived at our front door was very pleasant and personable. We enjoyed our conversations with him. He was knowledgeable of the company services and looked at all possibilities. The technician was scheduled and was there within the week. We were not home when the service was completed, but a note/report was left at our door. It appears to have worked.
