I called My Pest Pro, and was lucky to speak with Mr Lieberman who, not knowing me at all, coordinated with multiple people to gain access to the home, inspect the attic carefully, call me with a recommendation, set traps, and arrange follow-up. This all occurred seamlessly with no hassle for my renter. This excellent service for a stranger I have no doubt permeates this business. I am transferring all my pest contracts from on of the "majors" to My Pest Pro. I did not realize until today how much I despise doing business through a remote call center as opposed to interacting with local people who communicate directly with their customers and really care about creating good outcomes.
