We are pleased with the service US Pest provides. Love our technician, and I am not upset with him. He may NOT be able to deliver our payment the day of service!!! As a result, I get an e-mail the next day wanting payment - this is annoying/upsetting. Why don't you wait at least three days before you start sending e-mails for payments that you think are LATE. Three days would also give your technicians adequate TIME to deliver their customers' payments.
