Nate was on time and friendly. He went the “extra mile” by opening some of the windows to clean out spider webs between the window and the screen. He was focused and worked fast.
I did not see that any glue traps were set-up and left. I may have misunderstood, but when I first called the office, I thought Zack said that, on the first visit, traps would be left until the next treatment to evaluate what kind of bugs were visiting my space.
Overall, that is a very small concern. I am pleased to have your service to help me.

No complaints with service. Tech arrived promptly and explained procedure. He let me know when he was finished and left the property as he found it. I appreciated the extra effort to treat the two fire ant mounds that he noted near to the house. Very professional....looking forward to using US Pest for future needs!

James, came out. Dusted my house, did not spay like I asked him to!! He did find a wasp nest and knocked that down and sprayed the area it was attached to. I wanted and asked for outside of my house to be sprayed at foundation to keep spiders, ants and other intruders out! James did NOT spray any of the foundation! I text him and he said that he sprayed, which was a complete lie because I was watching and waiting for him to spray. I called company and they sent Conner. Connor asked where ants were seen and put some powder outside the kitchen as I told him that seemed to be where they were coming in. He also dusted house and sprayed one small area. I am totally disappointed with US Pest and would NEVER want you all to return to my house again! Biggest scam ever! You say a service would be provided and then no real service is provided! I would also never recommend.

Not really excited about the service. I came back because the guy who serviced my son's place said they have new techs and it's better. I haven't noticed a change. I thought they were supposed to do certain things, but they didn't until I mentioned it. Spider webs were in plain sight. Some are still there. But I guess I don't have a million-dollar home for them to care enough about. Also, they should be given shoe socks before walking dirt through people's houses. I shouldn't have to tell them what their jobs are.

Lucus was out yesterday. He was very personable and thorough. However, it’s only been a day but so far no improvement with the mini ant problem. Came down this morning & they were on the counter, the trash receptacle and around the dishwasher in the kitchen.

Our technician Justin was timely and thorough. He introduced himself before beginning the work. We’ve already seen a decrease in flying bugs/mosquitos. We are a bit concerned that ants have shown up inside the sunroom.
Otherwise, very pleased.

Our technician William arrived right on time to help with a mouse problem we had in our attic, then he sprayed to treat the rest of the house inside and out. This marks our return to US Pest. We were with another nationally known company for the past few years, but we get getting a new person showing up each time we had a treatment due. So we've come back to locally owned US Pest to get more regularity with who is coming to do our periodic treatments.

They have demonstrated their commitment to addressing our pets control issues by servicing our business several times for a couple of months until the issue was resolved and still only charged us the regular monthly fee. I do recommend U.S. Pest.

The Service Tech gave us advanced notice of his scheduled visit, arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous throughout, provided a capsule Service Report on the spot, and later emailed a more detailed report on the full service he provided.
