They got rid of our ant problem 1st time they sprayed. We had tried everything but couldn’t kill them off. They were in the house and had ant hills all in the yard. We would recommend them to anyone but especially to people who have pets.

I appreciate the consistency of "one" tech coming to our facility to treat our building. Our tech is always kind and courteous. Occasionally we get hit with critters but they are gone or dead pretty quick after a treatment. Thanks!

I am unhappy with the fact that I do not get a text from the serviceman until the afternoon before he is going to come. I have a very busy calendar and usually am already committed to be away from home at the time which he specifies for the next day. I need to have a regularly scheduled time for him to come each month.

I got a call from technician that in the morning at 8:00 AM that he can go at my location at 9:00 AM instead of 3:00 PM. I refused because I have a tenant that is living there and this schedule was made a week prior. |

I have been very happy with US Pest for the last 15 years.
I seems that you now have new personnel and I haven't seen anyone. This last Tuesday, as I was leaving my house and opened my garage door I saw your truck parked in my driveway. I don't know what he was even doing there, he didn't ring my doorbell and didn't leave the truck to introduce himself. He just pulled away...that was it, he just left the property and left me standing there at the end of my driveway. Your people cannot show up anytime they feel like it. I need to make an appointment, when I know they are coming I will certainly make room for them in my schedule. Please speak with your people and correct this situation. US Pest was great to start with due to the tech I had in the beginning. I will say that service is 100% dependent on who your tech is, and they change often. It does not seem like case notes are passed on when tech changes, so review of the same thing happens multiple times a year.

No. I am not happy with your service because there was no service . You were supposed to come for my yearly termite ck on June 14th.You did not come during the time line of 12 to 4 pm. I called after 4pm and you said he was running late but he would be here. He never came or called me. Poor customer service.. I hope you did not charge me for that. I.

Your service has been good. I was told to let you know if I am seeing an increase in pests and I am. We are having a great increase of ants entering the house, and about 5 cockroaches have been seen in the house as well. During this past week we have had some mosquito bites.
