I have cameras at my house and so far have not seen any of your people do any pest control on the house since the beginning of summer. There was a truck on the street in front of our house last week as we pulled into our driveway, but they drove off after we arrived, and again saw no one on our security cameras doing any pest control. We will probably cancel the service soon.

As a new customer I really didn't know what to expect. Troy came out and did the peremiter of the house for ants. 2 day later they showed back up. After letting him know he was there in 10 min or less. He did a fantastic job in the house and hopefully we won't need him back until the 3 month maintenance. Also a super nice man and very polite. I think I will be with US Pest for quite some time.

The inspector was friendly, courteous and seemed thorough in his inspection. It did come as a surprise to us because no one called to schedule the inspection. Also, you need to equip inspectors with the proper equipment because the light on a cell phone will not cut it when inspecting a dark crawl space. He was very thankful for the light voluntarily provided him.

We are pleased with the service US Pest provides. Love our technician, and I am not upset with him. He may NOT be able to deliver our payment the day of service!!! As a result, I get an e-mail the next day wanting payment - this is annoying/upsetting. Why don't you wait at least three days before you start sending e-mails for payments that you think are LATE. Three days would also give your technicians adequate TIME to deliver their customers' payments.

Want to Let yall in the Tennessee Nashville area , I live in Ashland City Tennessee Taurus is one of the best of the best my bug problem was out if control in my apartment cause of neighbors. It was literally driving me insane and I called a few times to hamy unit sprayed extra cause it's usually once a month an Britney is always so nice about sending someone out here. Taurus was the usual guy who came monthly. But had been transferred or left. Not sure. But with the holidays coming up an family coming over an having a toddler I was going crazy cause I hate bugs. Now my apartment is messy, but not filthy. I had lots hope an was even thinking of telling my family not to come for Christmas. But thank you Taurus, you did it. An even better he assured me that it's not my fault that he checked an there not any sign of the German roaches AKA water bugs nesting in my apartment that it's my neighbors.. U S. PEST. YOU NEED TO NO NOT ALL HEROES WHERE CAPES!!!!! HE IS ONE OF THE BEST!!!!!!! CLONE HIM!!!!! AND GIVE HIM A HUGE BONUS OR RAISE!!@!@ TAURUS IN TENNESSEE, NASHVILLE HENDERSONVILLE AREA. They were able to come out immediately day-of to do a consult for pest control with one of our new tenants the day they moved in, and quickly scheduled the actual service for 48 hours later. These guys are the best! I cannot say enough good things about our inspector, Jason, and our technician, Troy. Both gentlemen were prompt with answering any questions I had and the actual brown recluse prevention service was beyond my expectations.
