6/02/25: This was our first visit from US Pest, and we were thoroughly impressed. The Service Tech gave us advanced notice of his scheduled visit, arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous throughout, provided a capsule Service Report on the spot, and later emailed a more detailed report on the full service he provided. We look forward to seeing them in action in future months and both hope and expect that the service standard will continue. Very pleased.

We do not understand the service - Pablo told us he would be at our house for service inside and or outside
6 times per year - we saw him right after we signed up for this pest service and the next time he came was
Friday, Dec 13 and he did the outside per my instruction as we were leaving for an appointment and had no
time to wait for inside service. He only emailed us Thursday pm before Friday coming and that is not to our
liking - we need an appointment notice at least a week or two ahead of time so we can arrange to be here and
have service inside and outside.
Secondly - there is no time for 4 more appointments until Sept, 2025 -with him coming every 3 months - our
calculations according to what he is doing at present only gives him 2 more appointments before the contract
ends - we are very confused and disappointed in this service agreement - and feel he did not do anything
worth this time with regard to pest service outside - we have watched other pest service companies near our
home and they have spent more than 30 minutes outside alone -
We are questioning this contract and the service we are receiving - either we need a new pest person or
the contract we paid for is not leaving up to the standard we have been accustomed to in other cities and
homes we have used pest control service. In most everything we do, electrical, plumbing, landscape, etc the
staff come on an appointment basis - they do not drop in with only an overnight notification. We are not
on standby for this pest service - other means need to be arranged for the remainder of the contract until
September - and the next service appointment will require an inside pest service - which according to what
this service person is doing would be March, 2025/.

I have cameras at my house and so far have not seen any of your people do any pest control on the house since the beginning of summer. There was a truck on the street in front of our house last week as we pulled into our driveway, but they drove off after we arrived, and again saw no one on our security cameras doing any pest control. We will probably cancel the service soon.

As a new customer I really didn't know what to expect. Troy came out and did the peremiter of the house for ants. 2 day later they showed back up. After letting him know he was there in 10 min or less. He did a fantastic job in the house and hopefully we won't need him back until the 3 month maintenance. Also a super nice man and very polite. I think I will be with US Pest for quite some time.

The inspector was friendly, courteous and seemed thorough in his inspection. It did come as a surprise to us because no one called to schedule the inspection. Also, you need to equip inspectors with the proper equipment because the light on a cell phone will not cut it when inspecting a dark crawl space. He was very thankful for the light voluntarily provided him.
