I contracted Superior Pest this year for quarterly inspection of our rental house. The tenants have been pleased with the service by Superior Pest. Much better than the last company. The one suggestion for improvement would be to have the technician call the client when he is on his way so they know better when to anticipate his arrival during the block of time scheduled. That is the only reason my rating was 4 stars rather than 5. Other service and repair companies offer that convenience.
