I have had Mccall for over a year and this is the worst my grass has looked in a long time. I have ants in several places in the backyard and cinch bugs have been chewing in the front. I'm getting pretty frustrated. I know Josh is new, but I think they need more mentoring, and just not sent out into the field without previous training.
