Service was okay but the charge was too high for twenty minutes of service time at my house especially when I am paying over three hundred dollars yearly the for basic service.

Sorry you feel the service was too high, your annual service with us is for a separate service contract. When you had called into the office there was a price range given. The technician kept the price at the lowest point of the range due to you being a valued customer. Please call our office with any further questions.
