I have been a customer for at least 12 years and, unfortunately do not have good comments.
I tried and tried to talk to " multiple" Managers over the years but they change as often as the Technicians sent to my home (The same one never comes back more than twice)...
I have inside and outside treatment performed and ALWAYS give the same instructions to the person scheduling the service but, even if I repeat the instructions, a tech comes to my house when I am not there and leaves me a bill after performing the outside service only!!!!
If also receive multiple notices that my bill is delinquent even if it has been paid or after a note is placed in my account stating that the inside service hasn't been performed!!!
A tech came in my house one day and asked me what he could do! I just asked him to treat as usual and he said that he only treated the areas where people have noticed problems. I reminded him that I paid for preventive treatment and that naturally meant treating all the usual ares in a house where pest can live...
I could go on and on about the poor service and thought about hiring another company but my "Termite" contract cannot be enforced by other companies so I am stuck with poor service from people who don't listen to customers concerns and repeat the same mistakes over and over since the staff turnover is so frequent...
I would like to honorably mention Kayle who scheduled the inside treatment that was missed on my last
"unannounced " visit. She was smart, efficient, reading me the note she left for the tech so someone would be at the house. She was polite, very receptive and apologizing for the repeated mistakes and the lack of communication in the office obviously due to the frequent change of employes. She was the only "genuine" Professional not making excuses, understanding my dissatisfaction and offering solutions.
Hopefully she will stay with the company.
I am sorry to leave such a bad review and know that nothing will come out of it but you asked and I answered truthfully. I seriously hope that you will take the complaints to heart and work on providing better customer service to loyal paying customers who trust you with their home.
